From Participant to Trainer: My Digit@lly Together Experience

I participated in the 2024 edition of the Digit@lly Together project, where I had the opportunity to connect with individuals from Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Cyprus, and Spain. This experience expanded my network and opened access to various opportunities in these countries.

During the program, I received training in topics such as negotiation, non-violent communication, empathy, and workplace equality. This training significantly shaped my conversation style with people of different genders and cultures, allowing me to collaborate effectively in negotiations and conflict resolution.

Furthermore, it positively impacted the gender equality measures that we incorporated at our startup, Delimush. I was thrilled to be recognized as a participant in the 2025 cohort of the Digit@lly Together project, this time as a trainer. This acknowledgment exemplifies the impact-driven nature of the organization, where one can start as a student and eventually become a teacher.

I am extremely grateful to have been part of this journey with Sedarvp Ghana. Special thanks to Abubakari Belawu Mbangba and Hairiya Bala for providing me with this opportunity.
